Trapeze > Mermaid

  • 0:33-0:50 secs
  • You can do the Mermaid to either side e.g. fall back to the right
  • Start sitting on trapeze bar with habds at eye level
  • Let go of left hand and hold it out left behind rope
  • Keep left arm parralle to the ground and look at your left hand
  • Fall backwards looking at your left hand at all times
  • Keep body straigh/arched with legs tight together rotating body slightly, but keep front of thight against rope on left
