Rope > Inversion

  • 0:25-0:40 secs
  • Wrap rope tightly behind right knee
  • Don’t bend in, instaed arch back and thrust hips forward
  • Let go with left hand and look down
  • Grab rope below you with left hand
  • With left hand bring rope over left knee/leg and let go of rope with left hand
  • The rope around your back will now be holding you, so also let go with right hand and hand – looking down to ground
